LeBron James may be known to the world as one of the greatest basketball players to ever live, but he will gladly tell all those who will listen that he was extremely skilled on the football field as well. This fall, he’ll be able to return to the football field in some capacity. James, Maverick Carter, Paul Rivera and Uninterrupted have reportedly partnered with the NFL and Prime Video to launch TNF in The Shop. Similar to alternate sports broadcasts hosted by Peyton Manning and Stephen A. Smith on ESPN, TNF in The Shop “will welcome a variety of special guests during an unmatched, watch party-style experience.”
“We are incredibly excited to welcome The Shop to the Thursday Night Football family and work alongside UNINTERRUPTED to deliver a new viewing experience for fans of both the NFL and The Shop,” Amina Hussein of Prime Video said about the company’s partnership with LeBron James and Uninterrupted.
“Each week, Thursday Night Football brings together friends and family to watch and engage with the teams and players they love. With ‘TNF in The Shop,‘ we are honored to deepen that fan experience through organic, authentic conversation, and look forward to its premiere on Nov. 17.”
TNF in The Shop is not the only alternate broadcast that will call Prime Video home. Alongside LeBron James, Maverick Carter and Paul Rivera’s broadcasts, Prime Video will host TNF with Dude Perfect, TNF with Storm & Kremer, TNF en Español and Prime Vision with Next Gen Stats.
TNF in The Shop is set to debut on November 17, 2022 as the Green Bay Packers battle the Tennessee Titans.
