Hey, how are you doing? If you’ve smiled today, you might be having a better day than the Sacramento Kings. The organization is probably the craziest in all of the sports world since the turn of the decade. Quite possibly since the early 2000’s Portland Trail Blazers aka the ‘Jail Blazers.’
DeMarcus Cousins just got into a big argument with a member of the media. He and Matt Barnes got involved in a nightclub altercation in New York. Rudy Gay wants to leave the team. Ty Lawson skipped a team flight. Omri Casspi reportedly also wanted to be traded. And then there’s new signee Arron Afflalo.
The nine-year NBA veteran joined Sacramento over the summer after a one-year stint with the New York Knicks. Now it’s assumed that he knew about the Kings issues before joining them in the summer but money talks. And now according to talks, Afflalo is a part of a recent Kings problem. He reportedly didn’t want to enter a recent game against the Houston Rockets and also was ‘slow’ to get into a game against the Utah Jazz.
Following from Sacramento radio KHTK Sports 1140 personality, Carmichael Dave.
Worth following: according to league sources, Aaron Afflalo was slow to enter the game in Utah, declined to enter in Houston. Stay tuned.

Got a lot of questions about Afflalo lately, seems to be a situation that's been brewing on the downlow. Can't imagine Coach wasn't perturbed.

Through just over 1/4 of the season, Joerger has had some challenges other than on-court play. By my count 6 different players with issues.

Here is Afflalo slowly entering the Kings contest against the Jazz.
What is going on? Dave Joerger needs to do something and fast.
This is one of those situations where one should wait before we assume the worst. Afflalo, by all accounts, is a consummate professional and a locker room leader. This isn’t something in his character. But then again, Sacramento changes people.
