Just when many people might have officially written her off for whatever reason that seemed fitting, Keri Hilson is officially set to make her return to the music industry much sooner than you think. Being over 5 years since the release of her sophomore LP, No Boys Allowed, while many things have changed within the landscape of the music industry, just as much has changed for the singer and songwriter, too. Now, with a lengthy break that has allowed the singer to grow in various aspects of her life, accompanying new music is set to arrive to lay everything out on the table, as noted via a press release from Zone 4 Records.
“I promise, I will tell my fans everything on this album. Why I was really gone, what actually happened, what didn’t, what I could control, and what I couldn’t,” said Keri. “Never will I ever again take a break from music.”
Slated for release this Friday, Keri Hilson will premiere ‘Again’ from her forthcoming third studio album, L.I.A.R. Due for a release this in the coming months, the album features contributions from familiar Keri-contributors like Timbaland, Chris Brown, Polow Da Don, and more. Being one that has always been commended for her writing, we can’t wait to hear just what Keri has had bottled up for the past few years.
