Previously held by Drake for his If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late mixtape, Kendrick Lamar holds the title with 9.6 million streams. Sales projections are not available as of yet, but one can take a logical guess that with sales plus streaming, Kendrick will find himself atop of the Billboard 200 next week.
