The great Karl Malone has a new segment on Jimmy Kimmel and it has to be one of the most hysterical things.
In the opening part of the video, Kimmel describes his feelings for Malone. “One of my favorite characters in all of sports,” said Kimmel. Apparently, Malone has a “unique” take on everything that is going on in the world.
Let’s take a look at what exactly went on in Kimmel’s new segment “All Alone with Karl Malone.”
Maybe I shouldn’t have said “the great Karl Malone.” I mean, he’s just Karl.
The playful banter that Kimmel has with all of his guests was evident in the segment he had with Malone. Kimmel’s usual bits, interruptions and backhanded compliments, didn’t seem to phase the Mailman.
After their brief argument on greatness, they moved onto a more important topic: what Malone’s favorite cereal is.
The Mailman started off with a weird cereal, “Dig ‘Em Smack.” Now the great part about Kimmel’s show is that when his guests say the wrong thing, he rolls with it and doesn’t correct them. Technically, Dig ‘Em was the mascot for the cereal “Sugar Smacks.”
Next, Malone went with a classic, Frosted Flakes. You can never go wrong with some milk and Frosted Flakes. But Malone adds a twist to the Flakes, bananas. This is something that could be interesting to try. Finally, Karl went all out with his final pick, Corn Pops.
You can definitely tell that Malone is starting to hit old age because his cereal choices are too healthy. Later in the video, he even said Raisin Brain was one of his favorites.
Kimmel was right, Malone does have “unique” takes on the world.
