The Timberwolves selected Karl-Anthony Towns with the first overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft and they haven’t looked back since. With the young core of Andrew Wiggins, Karl-Anthony, Zach LaVine and whoever they pick at the 5th spot, the Timberwolves have a bright future. Despite winning ROY, the Wolves had yet another unsuccessful season going 29-53 throughout the season, but the sky is the limit. With new Head Coach Tom Thibodeau, the Wolves have the chance to become one of the up and coming teams in the Western Conference. I truly believe we’re going to be seeing the Timberwolves in the Playoffs sooner than a lot of people expect, and Karl-Anthony Towns will be a big part of that.
