Calling all Miami Heat fans. Come one, come all because I have news that should shatter your earth.
Justise Winslow spoke with Anthony Chiang of the Palm Beach Post about his extended offseason and his shoulder rehabilitation. In Winslow’s interview, he revealed the process he went through to get back to full health.
“My shoulder is feeling great. I’m 100 percent now,” said Winslow, who is promoting the September youth clinic he will host on behalf of his family’s foundation. “Doing different contact stuff, playing with guys in 3-on-3 [games]. Playing against the other coaches and the trainers and things like that. I feel good. I’m in pretty good shape. I’m feeling lighter and eating better, so I’m excited for this upcoming season.”
Justise Winslow will be entering his third, and most pivotal, season of his career. Last season was cut short for him because of his shoulder injury. But, it sounds like Winslow is back and is ready to take on his next challenge. Hopefully Winslow’s next challenge is conquering his shooting form. His form was a concern among fans and analysts since he was drafted and he has yet to prove that he can contribute effectively through jump shots.
Heat fans, the time is now. Justise Winslow is ready for full NBA action.
