The Memphis Grizzlies have acquired wing Justin Holiday from the Chicago Bulls in exchange for guards MarShon Brooks and Wayne Selden along with two second-round picks, according to Shams Charania of the Athletic:

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported the inclusion of Selden and Brooks in the deal:

Both Brooks and Selden were intended to be included in a three-team trade with the Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards, which would’ve brought the Grizzlies back young forward Kelly Oubre. Due to the confusion of which Brooks would be in the deal – MarShon or Dillon – the Grizzlies were forced to back out of the trade, leaving them to look for another option to fill their need for a wing.
Holiday now heads to a Memphis team, who has struggled recently, in an effort to help steer the team back to playoff contention. The oldest Holiday brother was in the midst of his best season in the NBA, averaging 11.6 points and 4.4 rebounds on 36% shooting from three-point range on the lottery-bound Chicago Bulls – who own one of the worst offenses in the NBA.
Chicago will now be forced to waive a player from their roster, with the most prominent option being point guard Cameron Payne, according to Wojnarowski:
Nothing finalized yet, but Chicago is likely to waive guard Cameron Payne, league sources tell ESPN. Payne, 24, was the 14th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft to OKC.
