Judith “Judge Judy” Sheindlin has elected to endorse former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley for President of the United States.
“I truly think she can restore America and believe she is the future of this great nation,” Sheindlin said about the former United Nations ambassador.
Hailing from Bamberg, South Carolina, Haley is a 51-year-old Clemson University alumna. Prior to entering politics, she worked for a variety of companies and organizations, including FCR Corporation, thee Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce and the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. In 2004, she made her first foray into politics as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. Within 15 years, her political endeavors as a Republican in South Carolina advanced rapidly as she went from state representative to governor and ambassador.
As a presidential candidate, Haley has emerged as a dark horse in the Republican primary field. She currently polls third in the Iowa Caucuses among Republicans and finds herself 1% behind Florida Governor Ron DeSantis nationally.
Sheindlin has described the presidential candidate as a “principled” and “measured” public officer.
“I’m proud to endorse Nikki Haley because she is whip-smart, has executive credentials, and was a superb governor,” Sheindlin added.
