The Miami Dolphins are undergoing a ‘culture change’ in hopes of bringing some winning ways back to South Florida. They’ve elected to cut former Pro Bowlers Ndamukong Suh and Mike Pouncey and they also traded away Pro Bowl wide receiver Jarvis Landry. So far they’ve inked a deal with former New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola and now it appears they’ll also bring in another veteran in offensive lineman Josh Sitton.
Following comes from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Former #Bears and #Packers G Josh Sitton is negotiating a multi-year deal with the #Dolphins and it’s expected to get done, source said. Some immediate interior help from the free agent.

The #Dolphins are signing former #Bears OL Josh Sitton to a 2-year worth up to $18M, source. The base value is roughly $15M. Sitton is getting $8M guaranteed.

Sitton played the last two years with the Chicago Bears but in his time with the Green Bay Packers before his move to the Windy City Sitton made four Pro Bowls and was named an All-Pro three times. He also won a Super Bowl with Green Bay.
Josh Sitton, 31, has played at least 13 games in nine of his ten seasons in the NFL. He’s been a model of consistency at the guard position even if his skills continue to diminish. He should be a strong addition to a new look Dolphins locker room.
