
Springhill Entertainment and New Line Cinema have found the stars for their highly-anticipated reboot of House Party. Jorge Lendeborg Jr. and Tosin Cole have been tapped the carry the torch for the latest installment of the legendary franchise.
Lendeborg Jr. is a 25-year-old actor from the Dominican Republic. Lendeborg got his start in 2014 with an appearance in the television series, Graceland. He went on to land small roles in projects like The Land and Last Chance before appearing in Spider-Man: Homecoming as Jason. Since then, he has starred in Love Simon, Alita: Battle Angel, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Wu-Tang: The American Saga. Most recently, he appeared in Eddie Huang’s Boogie alongside Pop Smoke.
Tosin Cole is a 28-year-old from New York who has been making his way through entertainment for a decade. He’s appeared in television series like Doctor Who and movies like Burning Sands. This year, he’s set to appear in a number of projects like Pirates, Ear for Eye, 61st Street and The Souvenir: Part II.
The project is reportedly a “high priority” at SpringHill Entertainment. However, there is no scheduled release date for the film just yet.
