Life has a way of coming at you very quickly. Jordan Ward has been building his fan base, crafting his sound and carving out his own lane for a minute, but he’s recently stepped into a few high-profile spaces. Most notably, he’s opening up J.I.D and Smino throughout their upcoming tour.
“Man, [what the f*ck]?” he wrote on Instagram.
“[I’m] going on tour [and] opening for the two best rappers alive. Thank y’all for this opportunity for real.”
More recently, he earned a spot at this year’s Dreamville Festival along the likes of Usher, Drake, J. Cole and Burna Boy.
“[This is a] real dream come true,” he said.
With all of that going on, Jordan Ward is preparing to release his new project, Forward. The 14-track project will include contributions from Joony, Gwen Bunn, Lido and Ryan Trey. With just a few days left until the LP officially drops, he has unveiled a quick album trailer. Check out the video below and get ready for him to hit a stage near you this spring.
