Joey Bada$$ has announced that he will hit the road this summer. The Brooklyn, New York native has scheduled a 20-date tour that will begin in Boston, Massachusetts on July 1, 2022. From there, he plans to put on shows in Montreal, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Seattle and several other major cities. Things will come to a close in Los Angeles, California on July 28, 2022.
In addition to touring around North America, Joey Bada$$ has announced that he will release his third studio album, 2000, on June 17, 2022. Much like Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$ has not released a new body of work since early 2017. In that time, Joey Bada$$ has appeared on Power, won his first Academy Award and earned a recurring role on Kenya Barris’ Grown-ish. Now, he’s ready to get back to business with tracks like “The Revenge” and “Temptation.”
Joining Joey Bada$$, Capella Grey will also be heading out on tour. The New York native hit the mainstream in 2021 with the success of his hit record, “Gyalis.” Since then, he’s made his way to Made In America, worked with Chris Brown and dropped a ton of music. Now, he’ll be able to share his work with crowds in different cities. Check out the complete list of shows below.
