The Los Angeles Clippers are losing another piece of their starting core. Just a few dyas after Chris Paul found his way out of LA to journey south to join the Houston Rockets, his longtime backcourt partner has decided to do the same.
Sharpshooter JJ Redick has elected to depart the Clippers and go across country to play for the Philadelphia 76ers. Philly gets the veteran shooter they need to pair with their young core of playmakers.
Following comes from Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
JJ Redick has agreed to a one-year, $23 million deal with the 76ers, league sources tell ESPN.

Redick was reportedly linked to the Minnesota Timberwolves but the money way less than the amount he agreed to with Philly.
Told there was a multi-yr deal Redick would've done — less than $23M for '17-'18 — but it never got far off the ground on #Twolves side.
