Jay-Z and his business partner Juan Perez are suing Boston Red Sox player David Ortiz for opening a club called Forty Forty in the Dominican Republic, which also has a website . Reuters says the lawsuit was filed April 15th, the suit says Ortiz’s night club cause the 40/40 sports bars “marketplace confusion and damage.”
