Summer 2015 birthed a lot of things for the music industry, but there were a few prominent moments that define the Summer. One of those moments was the official comeback for the legendary Janet Jackson. Storming the scene and letting us know she still has the “it” factor with ‘No Sleep,’ there was no turning back as the singer officially released her latest album, Unbreakable, at the top of October. Now, as fans continue to bask in the quality of the album, the promotion doesn’t stop there. In what seems to be the start of a new trend, Janet has paired up with Uber in order to maximize the exposure of her latest LP.

This news comes at the same time of Justin Bieber announcing his pairing with Lyft for his upcoming album, Purpose. As these types of transportation services are booming with popularity, it serves as the perfect opportunity for artists to promote their records. Not failing to mention, you also get a free ride. In any event, it’s great to see that Janet Jackson isn’t completely through with what some are calling her best work in several years.
