I think I am the biggest J. Cole fan because I have been falling him from the days of The Warm Up. I never listened to any leaks because it wasn’t what he wanted. I supported J. Cole in any shape or form. I went to Hot Jam 10 in CT just to see Cole perform, he only performed 3 songs but it was still the greatest thing ever. People try to argue that Cole isn’t a good rapper and i try to turn these nonbelievers and its worked a few times. People are jumping on the Cole bandwagon now and i just laugh at these people and tell them how he’s been doing this for some time now. I bought 2 copies of Cole World: The Sideline Story just so I can never open one, but if I win this I can give the cd to a nonbeliever to educate them.

I AM THE BIGGEST J.COLE FAN!! i bought a customized polo that says cole world on the back. @Mr_NiceeWatch. also i wrote my college admissions essay on how J.cole influenced my life. some of my friends even think I’m gay for how much i like his music, but it don’t matter because the stuff he talk about is the truth. If i hear anybody talk bad about him, i come to his defense. His music has instilled in me the values that my parents have been trying to teach me for the past 18 years. and of course i bought the album!!! Its a cole world!!

I am the biggest J. Cole fan because I’ve been following him since he dropped the Warm Up. I went back and then downloaded the come up and fell in love with his music. Every-time he is in NYC I’m at his shows. I know every single word to all of his songs.. I can tell I’m one of his biggest fans when I watch some of his interviews and know exactly what his answer is going to be to some of the questions he receives. I also put a lot of my friends onto Cole.. they never bought albums before but when Cole World came out I got them to buy it.

    Cole World!

I go to St johns where j. Cole first started big. Ever since my freshman year in 08 I’ve been listening to him and in 09 when I first heard dreams I’ve been inspired by him and his music. I swear I listen to this man every day. He is the truth with his music. That’s as real as I can be

I’m the biggest J. Cole fan cause not a single day passes where I Don’t listen to at least one J. Cole song. Being a white kid, most people don’t think I can relate to Cole but man his music is just inspirational. Matter of fact he is the reason I do music myself. I always just quote Cole’s lyrics at any point in the day, annoying my roommate at points but I do not care. Cole is the best/realest out right now, if it weren’t for his rap music I’d probably still be listening to the same garbage. Cole World

I feel like he’s the reason why I listen to music nowadays. Before I started listening to him I thought that no one was bringing anything to the table with their raps other than getting rich and spending money on material things.I can visualize his stories as he talks about them like he’s sitting right next to me, the scope of real talent. J.Cole rekindled my love for rap music to the point of only really listening to him nowadays. The next 2Pac, Nas, or whatever you want to call him, I believe he is the real savior of rap, no question. Which is why I’m his biggest fan.

He’s like the antidote to hip-hop’s jaded juncture. J Cole set out to authenticate himself as this colorful image against the dark backdrop we all know as ‘impossible’. I am his biggest fan because of this. Hip-hop resuscitation has finally happened which also gave me life as an orginial J Cole fan.

I have honestly been listening to J. Cole since the first time I heard “Can’t Cry”, I’m not groupie I genuinely love what he does with music, can’t go a day without listening to him AT LEAST once he provides motivation to keep following my dreams. Myself and 3 other people have even created a mini team that tweets him everyday “COLEicated dreamvillians” lol I even made Cole a video. I’d get an autograph myself I just don’t have the resources necessary and I live in a small town. Anyway thank you for the opportunity!!

I am the biggest J. Cole fan because. I use the words he speaks on a day to day. He is proof to get far you have to be educated and know what you are doing. Cole motivated me to work hard, I am a freshman im college. (I applied and got into St. John’s but didn’t go. RED STORM though lol). Once tupac died many people thoght realists in hip hop would fade but J. Cole brought that real aspect back into a game that was lacking majorly. He is an actual positive influence on people today and being a rapper many would not expect such positivity. He spits fire that is honest and raw, who couldn’t gravitate to that. I’m not going to lie and say I’ve been around since the come up because I haven’t. I’ve been listening to Cole since his star is born verse and now I am a heavy Colecaine user (had to put in that cliche line lol). He just makes me happy, puts a smile on my face. I know I already own a copy of his CD but man who wouldn’t want a signed one :). I’m still trying to transfer to SJU next year lol. But Cole is just everything hip hop needs right now. He’s not flashy and he doesn’t glamourize hood behavior. He tells what he knows and what he has seen and that is all anyone could ask for. That’s why I love him so much. Even though he didn’t stop by Vegas in his cole world world tour. Just skip my city. lol.

I am J. Coles biggest fan because I’ve listen to his music before he made it big. I’ve heard songs from back when he was called the therapist. I’ve seen him LIVE on 106 & Park and he is my inspiration ! He raps about real life things, not about drugs, money and girls. He shows us anything is possible and to stick with your dreams until you’ve made it to the top. I already have 3 albums but an autographed one wouldn’t hurt my collection! J. Cole is a legend in the making! No bodies stopping him. Ive tried to make it to every show he had in NYC ! Been a fan since he first began ! Even applied to the college he went to ! He’s an inspiration to us all, especially the younger people. I grew up in a world where I had friends killed every week, J. Cole shows us violence isnt the way. he’s opened up the eyes of EVERYONE. @PardonMYKicks

I listen to Cole everyday. His music inspires me to do better in school so I can pursue my dream just like he pursued his by moving to NY and going to ST. Johns. The emotion Cole puts in his tracks really touches me. When I listen, I get in a zone and sometimes I cry, especially when I listen to enchanted. All I talk about is Cole because he’s played a big role in my life over the past 2 years I’ve been listening to him. It’s like I know him personally. I know more about Cole than I know about my bestfriend lol. Anyway I hope I win. Thanks for the opportunity though. @Marley_E

I noticed he spoke some of the exact stuff I go through..”being paranoid, not trusting, school issues..” stuff like that. I was like damn J.cole really go be the best, with no doubt. I still go back and forth fighting with my fam/friends who still aint seeing it. I know he tell everybody story but I do believe im one of his biggest fans. Been supporting everything he do since my first listen. #ColeWorld – @underscoreJeaux

Man, been riding with Cole since the Come Up. I love how he referenced the lion king relatively often, made him quickly rise on my top rappers list because I have the symbol for hakuna matata on my left rib cage. Has a lot of meaning for me, which cole touches on in many songs. I bought 10 copies of cole world, one for me to keep in plastic – the rest went to my close minded peers who wouldn’t give Cole the time of day. Smh, bc now they are all loving the album. Feels good though I don’t mind at all but I hate people like that I told them he was the truth. Will always support cole in the future and can’t wait for his next move. I’m hopefully seeing him in Philadelphia on the Cole World tour. I would loooove an autographed copy, keep me in mind! @Sideline_Story

Thanks for this contest, i unfortunately tried to meet him in nyc but by the time i got to j&r i was too late, working 2 jobs and school is no joke. Anywho the reason i feel like i am the biggest j.cole fan is because i have been following him since his first tape the dj on point hosted the come up and have been following him ever since. J. Cole is the reason why i started rapping, unlike other rappers he encourages staying in school which i am doing and he’s one of the few rappers that i can relate to on a personal level. Growing up in the inner city is no joke but everytime i listen to songs like Dollar and a Dream, cheer up and enchanted i’m encouraged to keep pushing forward and follow my dreams. If cole can do it, i can do it. Win an autographed j.cole cd or die trying on my t-shirt.

@jonastheprince

Im a cole stan, cole is like a father to me i’ll never have and I do have a father. But cole music, man the thing he raps about my own family members wont understand. The first time I seen cole on xxl freshman cover something hit me like I knew throughout that list this dude gon do something special to the game. And then I heard a star is born first after that I look him up The Warm Up went back to listen to The Come Up and then waited for Friday Night Lights. I was such a fan I made the people around me uncomfortable, I would show them lyrics, randomly rap his lyrics in hallways/classes, send links to them, and just like literally threw cole music in their face. They finally became fans and from there it just spread like a flu, cole world. I seen almost every video, interview, freestyle, heard every song from the therapist( the storm, true love, swamp session, I can bus) Cole is my inspiration especially seeing my peers do drugs, joining gangs, and going to prison. Cole music helps me persevere and like keep my head up for a better. Anything is possible, just like pac he sparking a light to the world. This autograph would me a lot to me, I would pass it to my kids and grand kids, so I can show them whatever you dream you have just hold to it and never let go.

I can honestly say I have never been able to call myself a big fan of any musical artist, but I am truly a big fan of J. Cole. When I first heard the Warm up I instantly fell in love with his music. I believe if you are a fan of true hip hop, you should be a fan of J. Cole’s music. J. Cole’s music is a resurrection of the “good music” people say is now non existent. I am inspired by J. Cole and am encouraged by his story. His music is authentic and I can relate to both his story and his music. I wouldnt mind purchasing any of his music…..mixtapes including. I am genuinely happy for his success and prosperity and hope for even more great things to come. Cole World. :)

Jermaine Lamarr Cole. he was born in frankfurt germany. black father white mother. brother named zach.he used to go by the name therapist, the first song he ever recorded was called the storm. he was 15 back then. nervous wreck was his mentor. he realized he needed to go to new york to pursue his rap career. i could go on and on. i know everything about cole. when i heard the warm up, i realized that he wasn’t just another
rapper. and so i did my homework and fell in love with his music. and this is my second comment so you know how badd i want this cd.

He gave us a displays of his raw talent Return of Simba, See It To Believe It,gave us a club hit but kept it lyrical Work Out.He gave us some real love/life shit (Lost Ones) from what i (HEARD)He gave us a deep song for the weed smokers (How High). He can touch on every aspect life, AND keep it lyrical.. 9.27.11 did indeed change the world of rap. He is the reason why I believe rap won’t die and true lyrical rappers can still sell, and be mainstream… He is the best, and my favorite new rapper in the game @dakid184

I am the biggest J. Cole fan. From the Come up to Cole World: The Sideline Story to every song in between. There is not a day that goes by without me listening to J. Cole. J. Cole’s lyrics and songs are so like my life that I can’t help but listen. When I feel emotion that I don’t know how to even describe J. Cole will make a song and I feel like wow, he knows exactly what I’m going through. His song Cheer Up evokes so much emotion out of me and I feel like that song was written for me. That’s why I’m J. Cole’s biggest fan, not because he’s cute, or has a lot of money, but because his music is my life!!! I always tell people that, but nobody really understands. J. Cole is a great influence, went to college for all 4 years and graduated with honors. I have goals to graduate and I just want to make it off the Sideline as well and be somebody. I can’t sit here and type how many copies of the album I bought cause I’m a broke college student, but I went out and bought 3. I often argue with anyone who has anything bad to say about J. Cole. I feel like he is my hero and when I went to see him in concert on his Cole World tour was one of the best moments of my life. The two things on my bucket list is the opportunity to meet him and have a conversation about life, I think it’d be a great convo and getting his autograph. I am the ultimate fan, not a groupie lol. My friend once said man if http://www.JColenation.com had perfect attendance award you’d win cause your on that site everyday. So S/o to the creators of that site. I really am on there every single day.

I don’t doubt there’s plenty people out there thinking they’re the biggest J. Cole fans out there, but I think I’m probably one of the few females that actually LISTEN to what he says. ((Ok, I’m not gonna lie. Mr. Jermaine Cole could get it, but that’s besides the point. LOL)) I heard him before I seen his pretty face. He’s one of the realest rappers I’ve heard in a very very long time. Dreams was the first song I ever heard about 2 years ago and I was blown away, totally mind fucked with the lyrics and the wittiness of the song in general. But, Lights Please is what got me hooked. I love J. Cole because he raps about real shit. He’s not just about: Pussy, Money, Cars & Paraphernalia. The stories in his songs cut deep and hit home and even if you’ve never been in a situation like the one’s he speaks of… You can definitely FEEL it through his delivery. I’ve seen him perform live 3 times now. (Nov26,2010 in San Jose, CA… Feb18,2011 in Los Angeles, CA… Sept23,2011 in San Francisco, CA) AMAZING EVERY SINGLE TIME, BTW! So fucking raw live! And his attention to fans is on point! ;D I re-live the concerts every time I play his songs, LOL. Ask any of my friends, it’s a J. Cole Concert in my car every time you hop in! Hahah. I’m just truly a fan through and through. I get chills whenever I hear my favorite songs of his & I’m just happy that people have finally stopped sleepin’ on him. He deserves all the success he’s getting. HE’S AMAZING POINT BLANK PERIOD. <3 <3 <3 twitter me @sherryliiine COLD WORLD NO BLANKET, SON!

I swear I listen to this man every day. He is the truth with his music. He is NOT like any other rapper out there. He has something that they DONT. A vision. He made it a reality. not only is he talented but he graduated magna cum laude. He is an inspiration to me knowing that we can succeed. i guess all you need is a dollar and a dream :)

I had the chance of getting to know him and his road manager before the fame, the mixtapes, and the the deal. I was a little younger than them and they let me tag along with them from time to time. I never told them this but I always admired they’re hunger and respected their genuiness as people. I support J. Cole because he’s a good artist, but I go the extra mile in putting other people on and promoting him by giving away my mixtapes so other people can learn and hear him because of the person that he is. That’s why I feel I’m one of his biggest fans and supporters!!!

But to be honest I fell in love with his art when I heard the warm up. When I heard “I get up” it showed me how different of a artist he was. He didn’t sound like the rappers out today. Unlike other rappers out today, j. Cole tells a story when he raps to the point you could imagine everything he’s saying. He’s different and that’s what music today needs. That same day i googled the shit out his name and listened to all his music I could find. In this day and age hes bringing something new to the game. He made it okay for a rapper to graduate college and then pursue their dreams, he made it okay to talk about life problems openly and not just money and bitches all the time. When I hear J. @nysean62 Since 2nd grade (I’m a Senior now), Eminem has always been my favorite rapper, but listening to Jermaine changed that. I can recite and relate to nearly every lyric, have basically every song on my iPod and bought his album day one without hearing the leaks(I even listened to the leaked Eminem albums before I bought them). I love the depth of his metaphors and have gotten my close friends to love him as well. I spam facebook and twitter with his music and lyrics to the point that people criticize me and heated arguments occur. I always win of course. At parties I force a playlist with around 25% J. Cole so people get to hear his music. When anyone posts something J. Cole related I take note; these people might know what’s good. Finally, I was wifiless in the DR when AnyGivenSunday2 came out and had already downloaded and listened to the songs before I left JFK airport. #ColeWorld

Hey I believe I deserve an opportunity to become a choice to win because of many multiple reasons. I started listening to Cole 2 years ago because of his old school flow and I always had a thing for music I can relate to. Music is basically a subject that defines you and J Cole made me see a window to his soul the day he put out the Warm Up. After waiting a few months for Friday Night Lights, a week later I finally had my hands on it. Listened to it and man, the perspective of one man showed me I wasn’t the only one living a life that can be fun yet hurtful at the same time. In May of 2011, my bud and I traveled to Atlantic City to watch a Cole concert. It was my first, and it made me happy the first time that year. 3 hours later I come back from my walk on the boardwalk step into the casino and I see Cole sitting on the floor eating with the Dreamvillians. I stopped and froze and all I could ask for was a picture. He humbly said “Sure, may I finish my food first?” I was stunne he could’ve rejected me but instead was polite! I said sure and he followed with a thank you. He was very conversational and nice! Monday this week I went to go see him at 106 and park but was late for the show so BET didn let us in=[ I met his friend Cedric standing outside and we had conversations. After talking eventually the boss of 106 and park let us in and there we met Cole and he saluted me. The next day my cuz and I stood outside for his autograph signing where we ha enough wristbands to enter but I knew the wait would be long but worth the wait. I got a phone call at around 6:30 and my mother asked me to urgently help her with bags because she felt week. I was crushed because I didn’t want to wait and sacrifice to be here and then have to leave, but family over anything. So I got off the line, and the good cousin that I had left with me. I might’ve never got to see Cole but I purchased 5 albums to share with friends to make up for the people who leaked it to. I may never get to see Cole again in person but I will always be there to support.. Or try. October 25th I’m trying to make his show hopefully I can see him coincidentally again. I hope.. He changed my perspective through music and in my opinion is bringing HipHop back! @JoeTran19

I’m the biggest J. Cole fan for a number of reasons. First, I’ve been listening to him since The Come Up days when he was known as The Therapist. He also inspired me to go to UNC because of his NC & Tar Heel Love. I interned for him and his labels in 2010. I listen to J. Cole every single day. And on 9/27 I bought 11 copies of Cole World. Gave 10 away for FREE, because people NEED to hear his music. I tell everyone I know about J. Cole. My friends are coming to me these days saying “Joe, you been telling me about this guy for years…” I am his biggest fan. @334josh I would say I’m a big fan but when I listen to cole I feel like more than just a fan I feel apart of his music!I love how his music has meaning like on friday night light at the end of “too deep for the intro” he says he felt that one in his soul!” I feel that what most music has lost today Its not coming fromwithin but cole and a couple more artist are restoring that lost feel. I also feel him in other songs like:”homecoming” when I hit the road to go home, “College boy” when I am at school, “The badness” when I get crazy looks from someone white, or “The autograph” when he was like “give you lines that you rewind and think oh shit”.I been listening to cole since the come up and instantly became a fan! I remember when he did music matters my partners were like who is he and I’m like bra thats cole. I played some of his music and now they all on! I mean if you are a “true” fan of good music it’s hard to not like Cole!I already have one copy but come on an autographed copy of your favorite artist first album…PRICELESS!

@RaisedByCole I’m not gonna say that i’m the BIGGEST J. Cole fan, but I know for a fact that I AM a HUGE fan and that I’ve been supporting Jermaine since the end of ’07. I’ve been through so much bad situations in life, and i’m only 16. One day I came to the point of where I don’t care whether I would face the next day or not. I will NEVER forget November 27, 2007; the day my brother came into my room & handed me “The Come Up” mixtape. I feel like that’s the day my whole life changed. Yeah, I most certainly had the worst days ever, but i would would always overlook all of my problems through J’s voice and music. I honestly feel like he’s my therapist. I could never go to anyone and express my emotions. But it’s like I didn’t have too because he did spoke to me in every track. He might not know it, but he changed my life BIG TIME. Compared to years ago, i was bitter and hopeless. Now, I’m te happiest person on earth full of hope! Enough with the pity stories.. lol I just want to say that I am beyond proud of Jermaine. When my mom came in my room crying, i was like what’s wrong? What’s going on? She was like “Baby they signed him! Jay-Z signed J!!!” OMG, we were going so crazy and crying so much tears of joy! It’s crazy how someone we don’t even know personally could have such a strong affect on us. But like i said before, I am so happy and proud of him and will always support him and his career. No words could ever explain how happy i am for him. He’s come a long way and I wish him the best. Every night before i log off of twitter, I send him a tweet.. (” THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF MORE THAN YOUR SUPPORTERS”) hoping that he would see it and take the words believe in them. I brought 7 copies of the album and plan on buying at least 3 every week. J deserves all the blessings God is giving him. I wish him the best. And to my COLEfamily, I love each and every one of you and thank you for believing in him and for supporting him. Jermaine is picking up where 2Pac left off. You could be the whole bank on that! And if i don’t win, congrats to the amazing fan who does! Love. XOXO
