IDK has announced that his third studio album, Simple, will be released on May 6, 2022. Produced by Kaytranada, the project will have high expectations as it competes against Jack Harlow’s sophomore album, Come Home The Kids Miss You.
To get fans warmed up for its release, the Washington, D.C. MC has unveiled a new video and single called “Taco.” Backed by an artistically shot video in the southeast quadrant of the nation’s capital, “Taco” has a jazzy feel that diverts from his sophomore album, USee4Yourself.
IDK has committed to being one of the more active acts in the DMV. Most recently, he released the aforementioned LP, USee4Yourself. The 17-track project included contributions from T-Pain, Young Thug, Offset, Jay Electronica, Westside Gunn and The Neptunes. It received critical acclaim and introduced IDK to a new audience.
Less than a year later, IDK is looking to take things to new heights with his new LP, Simple. Check out the album’s artwork below.
