Haloti Ngata, who will be 34 during the 2018 season, has spent the last three seasons with the Detroit Lions after spending the first 9 seasons of his career with the Baltimore Ravens. Ngata only appeared in 32 games over the past three seasons with Detroit and has not stayed healthy for a full season since 2011. Ngata’s health problems shouldn’t be much of an issue as he won’t be worn out because of the talent already ahead of him on the Super Bowl champions roster. He’s expected to play some situational downs for the Eagles.
Haloti Ngata will play an important role while being apart of one of the best defensive lines of 2017. This isn’t the only acquisition the Eagles have made to improve their great D-Line, earlier this week the Eagles traded for Michael Bennett. Adding to a group that includes Tim Jernigan, Fletcher Cox, Chris Long, Derek Barnett and Brandon Graham.
The Eagles have added depth to arguably the biggest strength of their team as they look to defend their title as super bowl champs in 2018.
