The Wizards may not know what players they will be facing in round 2, but they do know Garrett Temple should be ready to return for the series. Temple has been out since March with a hamstring injury that has continued to bother him throughout the season. The progression from Temple has allowed him to begin to participate in individual drills at team practices.
It will be hard for Temple to find any time in the Wizards rotation, but he may have an opportunity to take some time away from Ramon Sessions if he outperforms Sessions in practice. With the way Sessions played in the Game 4 clincher, it will be hard for Temple to prove he is more deserving of minutes off the bench. Temple was big for the Wizards at certain parts of this season, but even with his return, his season in Washington may have already came to an end.
