Here’s a look at the first photo from Oliver Stone’s crime film ‘Savages.’ It is a shot of Benicio Del Toro blowing smoke into Blake Lively’s face.
So what exactly is this movie about? Quite a bit actually! Based on the book of the same name it follows two pot growers (Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson) who attempt to rescue their girl-toy Ophelia (Lively) who has been kidnapped by a drug dealing henchman (Del Toro).
Sounds pretty run of the mill, but what really intrigues me about this film (Other than Oliver Stone’s directing) is this spectacular cast. Not only does it include the previously mentioned Benicio Del Toro, Blake Lively, Taylor Kitsch, and Aaron Johnson, but it also stars Uma Thurman, Emile Hirsch, John Travolta, and Salma Hayek. Now that’s a hell of a cast!
