The ladies of Fifth Harmony surely have came a long way since their launch onto the music scene just a few short years ago. Being over a year since the release of their debut studio album, Reflection, the ladies have went forth to build a worldwide fan-base that continues to grown as the days go by. With their latest single, ‘Work From Home,’ featuring Ty Dolla $ign, currently sitting in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, the ladies of Fifth Harmony are in great standing ahead of the release of their new 7/27 album. Speaking to Billboard magazine, the ladies have went on to proclaim that this new album is their “rebirth.”
“This is our rebirth,” says Lauren Jauregui, 19, in loosely laced black leather combat boots and a paisley summer dress. “Also, 727 is a jet,” she adds with mock cockiness, “and we’re about to take flight, know what I mean?” She gets a bunch of “Ayyyys!” in return. They’re always laughing at each other’s jokes, building each other up.
Rebirth fits nicely as with most new acts, they’re manufactured and told what to do in terms of their first singles, debut album, look, and more. Proving that they are indeed a force, it’s great to see that Fifth Harmony knows their worth and is looking to prove themselves even further with their new music.
