Friday night things got a bit testy in Toronto during a blowout loss which Festus Ezeli grabbed the throat of Raptors Forward Tyler Hansbrough.
Clearly we can see why Ezeli will be suspended, and he will sit out this Sundays game against The Boston Celtics. Warriors coach Steve Kerr wanted to give Andrew Bogut some rest, but those plans should change with the news of Ezeli’s suspension.
Hansbrough is known for getting under your skin and doing what it takes to get you out of your element, but Ezeli has to use his head.
When playoff time comes Ezeli might see some solid minutes off the bench and Head Coach Steve Kerr will tell you it takes every player on a team to win a championship and Golden State would not want a play like this costing the team their depth at Center for one game.
