Fast & Furious 10 will not hit theaters on April 7, 2023 as previously scheduled. Instead, Variety reports that Fast & Furious 10 will arrive on May 19, 2023. Justin Lin, the director of the ninth film, is set to return for the 10th installment of the high-stakes saga. In front of the camera, Vin Diesel, Sung Kang, Nathalie Emmanuel, Michelle Rodriguez and Ludacris will likely return for another film.
The latest installment of the blockbuster series arrived this past summer. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the film opened in theaters and grossed upwards of $720 million globally. If the pandemic does improve, Universal expects that number to grow much larger in 2023.
Not much is known about the upcoming film, but a few things are certain to take place. Cars will be driven at an illegal pace, explosions will occur and Vin Diesel will mention the importance of family. With that said, more details will likely emerge over the next year and change about the film.
