Drake is always making news, whether it’s about a song in which he wears his heart on his sleeve, his love for Nicki Minaj, or his flirtatious relationship with Rihanna. In a recent interview with The Daily Beast Drake speaks on all those subject matters.
There is no secret that Drake and Rihanna had something whether they both want to admit it or not. Drizzy reveals details about meeting Rihanna for the first time.
“I came straight from Toronto, just a kid that was trying to get out of my mom’s house, and the first person I meet is a girl that’s the biggest person you could possibly meet at my age. So I meet her and it was just mind-blowing”.
Speaking of Rihanna, DJ Whoo Kid mentioned on his satellite radio show that there was an altercation between Chris Brown & Drake which Brown elbowed Drizzy in the face over Rihanna. According to Drake, that never took placed.
“I respect Chris Brown. I’d like to call myself a friend—I don’t know if I’m allowed to do that. But I definitely didn’t get elbowed in my face. Somebody would’ve got knocked the f**k out.”
Drake has made it known for quite sometime that he has a serious interest in Nicki Minaj. The rapper feels like Nicki is the perfect woman for him.
If there’s any woman in my life that’s the ideal woman for me, it’s definitely Nicki. I like the stripped-down Nicki. I like Nicki with no makeup, black hair, some casual clothes in a recording booth rapping an amazing verse. That’s sexy to me. I know some great women, but all jokes aside, Nicki is somebody I could spend my life with because I think we understand each other.”
