As tech nerds and casual fans alike sat glued to their screen marvleing over all the announcement Tim Cook and Apple had in store. Music fans were in for a treat as Drake took the stage to share the roll out of Apple’s new music service, Apple Music. The music streaming provider is set to be available June 30th with a three-month free trial followed by a $9.99 a month subscription.
Along with Drizzy, fellow Toronto native The Weeknd took the stage to perform “Can’t Feel My Face” (an odd choice for a keynote, but dope song nonetheless). In addition, former BBC Radio 1 host Zane Lowe and HOT 97’s Ebro Darden have signed on to have broadcasts on Beats On Radio.
