Former President Donald Trump may have recently sat down with Kristen Welker, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he is on good terms with her employer.
On Sunday, September 24, the former reality show host shared his latest round of media critiques. In a short Truth Social post, he called “almost all” media outlets “dishonest and corrupt.” However, he specifically promised to investigate MSNBC and NBC if elected President next year.
“They are almost all dishonest and corrupt, but Comcast, with its one-side and vicious coverage by NBC NEWS, and in particular MSNBC, often and correctly referred to as MSDNC (Democrat National Committee!), should be investigated for its ‘Country Threatening Treason,” the post reads.
“I say up front, openly, and proudly, that when I WIN the Presidency of the United States, they and others of the LameStream Media will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage of people, things, and events.”
Trump is no stranger to feuding with large media outlets. Over the years, he’s sued CNN and feuded with FOX News. Despite these quarrels, he has participated in a CNN town hall and appeared on Meet The Press in recent months.
