The Los Angeles Clippers have made a couple big moves this off-season in trading for Lance Stephenson and signing free agent small forward Paul Pierce.
This move may not be as major, but it will certainly have people talking as Doc Rivers looks to reunite with former Boston Celtics center Kendrick Perkins.
Doc tried hard to sign Kendrick Perkins last season. He chose Cleveland but played sparingly. Doc is still interested.

Perkins chose to sign with Cleveland last season, but played very little even though he provided some veteran presence and depth off the bench.
Obviously we all know Perkins and Rivers have history together winning a championship in Boston back in 2008, and Rivers helped develop his game since entering the league.
The Clippers could use another center off the bench after trading Spencer Hawes in the Stephenson trade, and Perkins will provide the team with some leadership in the locker room.
If you’re the Clippers though right now you need to turn your focus towards DeAndre Jordan who could leave in free agency. Jordan has met with teams, but has yet to decide where he will be playing in 2015-2016.
The Clippers potentially could bring Jordan back and have Perkins to play backup and a team with limited cap space re-signing Jordan is huge which I think the team needs to gear all of its focus on.
