Billboard has found a host for its upcoming award show. Over the weekend, Sean “Diddy” Combs revealed that he will lead the 2022 Billboard Music Awards as its host and executive producer.
“[I have a] big announcement! [I have a] big announcement! I am executive producing and hosting the 2022 Billboard Music Awards! Everybody get ready to meet me in [Las] Vegas [on] Sunday, May 15th! Ain’t no party like a Diddy party,” he wrote on Twitter.
Diddy is no stranger to the Billboard Music Awards stage. In 1997, the legendary producer won not one, but two Billboard Music Awards at the age of 25. Over the years, he’s compiled dozens of chart-topping hits and albums. Now, he’ll help celebrate the next generation of music stars.
