Toronto Raptors shooting guard DeMar DeRozan has made the sort of comment that almost always results in a fine – he criticized the referees:
DeRozan, who does make enough, had more to say on the officiating: "I mean, it's frustrating being out there feeling like you playing 5 on 8. It's just what it feel like. Period. Some of them calls was terrible. Period."

Earlier this week, DeRozan was fined $25,000 for a postgame shoving match with Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic. Another fine will almost certainly be coming DeRozan’s way after this one. There were a couple questionable calls down the stretch, and this loss is probably especially frustrating to DeRozan since the Raptors had overcome a 27-point deficit to get back in the game.
In all, though, the Warriors actually shot three free throws fewer than the Raps did. For DeRozan’s part, he dominated in the game, scoring 42 points and snaring five rebounds. This performance added to the tremendous season he’s been having; he’s averaging 25.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and a career-high five assists per game. He’s also shooting 48.2 percent from the floor – his best mark since his rookie season – and a career-high 36.1 percent from 3-point territory.
