Dej Loaf, without a doubt, is having some of the best months of her life right now. From the the surprising success of her Urban hit, ‘Try Me’, to traveling all across the country due to the song’s success, Dej Loaf has build a steady buzz for herself. Those may just seem as smaller blessings as the success of ‘Try Me’ birthed the Detroit rapper’s opportunity and acceptance to sign with Columbia Records.
A few weeks ago, it was announced that Dej would be hitting the road this Summer on Nicki Minaj’s ‘The Pinkprint Tour’ along withe likes of Tinashe, Rae Sremmurd, Meek Mill, and, of course, Nicki Minaj. From the sound of things, it appears that Dej Loaf has even further plans as she chops it up with BET, during some free time at SXSW, and discusses the hopes to record some music with the ‘Only’ hit-maker. Dej also makes note of what she hopes to learn from Ms. Minaj while she’s on tour with her. Check out the interview clip, above.
