If you’re a fan of superheroes and comic books, you’ll want to listen closely. Last year, DC & Warner Brothers announced that they will be bringing their own digital streaming service which would include all things DC Comics related. Now that announcement is inching closer and closer to reality with this video.
Earlier this year, the superhero universe announced that along with the streaming service they would introduce new original shows and it’s own DC TV universe along with it. Now we know that it is finally coming to fruition. Along with the previously announced Young Justice: Outsiders (Season 3) and the Titans show, A Swamp Thing Series, Doom Patrol and a Harley Quinn Show are all in production which means that DC is going all in on these new shows.
Alongside these original shows, you’ll be able to stream all your favorite movies and shows from the past (animated & non-animated), which means you’ll be getting the whole Justice League series, every single Batman show, all of the old school Superman movies and even Adam West’s original Batman.
There is no formal announcement as to when the streaming service will release and there hasn’t been any trailers for the shows mentioned above, but with San Diego Comic-Con right around the corner, I’m also certain that they will have some major announcements.
