You can never go wrong with infusing a little Brandy into your music.
GRAMMY Award-nominated act Kehlani knows this, and emerging artist Darius Martin knows this as well. In anticipation of his birthday and the project he’s releasing to celebrate the occasion, Martin has unveiled his latest single — “Nobody Like You.”
Produced by Cool & Dre with hints of Brandy’s “I Wanna Be Down” sprinkled throughout for good measure, “Nobody Like You” blends R&B and Pop sensibilities to create an anthem that reflects the intoxicating feeling of meeting someone who makes you better than you ever imagined you could be.
“Sometimes, you meet the same person with different faces, and sometimes you’ll never meet that person again,” Martin shared in a press release. “I wanted to capture that feeling and put it into the song.”
Martin’s new single, written by Martin with D Will and Raeliss, sets the stage for his forthcoming project, Sorry No More, which is set to be released on September 30, 2025. Until then, check out “Nobody Like You” below.
