President Donald Trump has moved to cancel his election night party at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. “We’re thinking about moving it, actually, over to the White House. we are looking at that right now. it’s going to be a great night,” Eric Trump said.

If Trump decides to hold the event at the White House, he will likely face pushback. Many of his political opponents have criticized Trump’s use of the White House for political purposes. Over the summer, Trump was met with criticism after he decided to accept the Republican Party’s nomination for President on the White House South Lawn.
At this time, it is unclear who will attend the event. Furthermore, it is unclear how many people will attend the celebration. It is estimated that more than 2,000 people attended the final night of the 2020 Republican National Convention at the White House
