Within the last two weeks, it feels as if there has been a shift in the music industry. After months of waiting for things to slowly return to normal during the COVID-19 pandemic, the speed at which news and major announcements has picked up. Recently, Top Dawg Entertainment announced the release of Isaiah Rashad’s next album, J. Cole announced the release date for his next project and Governors Ball unveiled their lineup for the upcoming music festival. Adding to the steady streaming of news, Cordae has shared some more details about his upcoming album.
Cordae has shared the title of his sophomore album. More than a year after dropping The Lost Boy, the Maryland native has announced that his next project will be called From A Bird’s Eye View. However, he did not share the album’s release date, cover art or tracklist.
He shares the news less than a month after dropping his four-track project, Just Until. The EP featured Young Thug and Q-Tip. Cordae also noted that the album was on the way, but he didn’t give a release date then either. For now, fans will have to wait patiently until more news regarding the project emerges.
