Unless you’re living under a rock, as a Hip-Hop fan you’ve heard of City Girls in some capacity. Lacking any type of filter that one may feel they should have, it’s just for that reason why the City Girls had a highly successful year in 2018, their debut as rappers. Recently releasing their first album, Girl Code, after their Period mixtape, the album cooked up plenty of anthems for the ladies, including their latest single, “Twerk.”
Not hard to guess what the record is all about, the song’s accompanying visual finally lands after much anticipation. Featuring Cardi B, Yung Miami held it down with the “She Bad” rapper as JT continues to serve her jail time. Featuring selected finalists from their “Twerk” challenge, the City Girls and Cardi B essentially delivered a Twerking 101 lesson in the record’s music video.
