Amazon is preparing to release their rendition of the classic children’s film, Cinderella. This time around, pop star Camila Cabello will lead the charge as she plays the film’s title role. Along the way, she’ll be joined by a number of stars including Billy Porter, Idina Menzel and Pierce Brosnan.
“Cinderella is a musically driven bold new take on the traditional story you grew up with. Our heroine is an ambitious young woman whose dreams are bigger than the world will allow, but with the help of her Fab G, she is able to persevere and make her dreams come true,” the description reads.
The film is also powered by a number of high-profile stars. James Corden, Leo Pearlman, Jonathan Kadin and Shannon McIntosh will work as producers. Meanwhile, Louise Rosner and Josephine Rose will serve as executive producers.
Cinderella will hit Amazon Prime Video on September 3. Check out the trailer below.
