Chris Brown has earned his third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart. His third studio album Indigo has debuted at No. 1.
According to Billboard, “Indigo launches atop the list with 108,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending July 4, according to Nielsen Music.” Of that total, 28,000 were album sales.
The Billboard 200 chart “ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units.” This is a combination of traditional album sales, track equivalent sales, and streaming equivalent sales.
Indigo joins Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. and Fortune as Billboard 200 No. 1 albums.
