Miami Heat All-Star forward Chris Bosh is done for the season and it’s a big blow to the Heat and their playoff hopes. Bosh is a great person and when the diagnosis came out about him having blood clots on his lungs, there was an immediate cause for concern.
For obvious reason as well.
Brooklyn Nets Mirza Teletovic had an issue with blood clots on his lungs earlier this season, which forced him to have to travel from Los Angeles to New York, driving cross country because he couldn’t fly. Former Portland Trail Blazers great Jerome Kersey died due to complications with blood clots on his lungs.
Chris Bosh will be back next season and he is out of he hospital and recovering, and on Monday night was in the AmericanAirlines Arena to thank the fans.
He met with the media earlier to talk about his prognosis and progression in his recovery. Right before the Heat’s oddly violent game with the Boston Celtics, he came out and thanked all the Miami fans for their support.
It was a classy and respectable act by Chris Bosh to take time out of his recovery to talk to his fans.
