Meek Mill stars in the first full length trailer for Charm City Kings. In the new trailer, the Philadelphia native plays the role of Blax, a biker and formerly incarcerated person looking to make his life better. Along the way, he comes across a teenager by the name of Mouse. Throughout the film, Mouse, played by Queen & Slim‘s Jahi Di’allo Winston, struggles to pursue his passion of biking while staying out of the street.
Meek Mill and Winston lead the cast. Teyonah Parris and William Catlett also appear in the movie. Behind the camera, Angel Manuel will direct and Barry Jenkins will co-write the script. Meanwhile, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith executive produce the Sony Pictures project.
Charm City Kings will hit theaters in select cities on April 10, 2020. The film will be released nationwide on April 17, 2020. Check out the full length trailer above.
