The weeks post the premiere of Surviving R. Kelly have proved to be not so great for the singer. Due to many allegations of sexual and physical abuse among minors and women, the #MuteRKelly campaign in going full force ahead as many go on to call for justice to be served and for people to stop supporting him altogether.
Even receiving backlash and repercussions from his music industry peers, some artists are going as far as removing their previous work with the start from streaming services. The latest artist to put his foot down is none other than Chance The Rapper. Removing his 2015 “Somewhere In Paradise” collaboration with the 12 Play singer from streaming services, Chance has gone on to convey that collaborating with R. Kelly was a mistake.

With recent news of Sony and RCA currently not funding and releasing none of Kelly’s new music, it’s not hard to believe that the singer may potentially see any and all of his music pulled from streaming services in the coming future.
