Brandon Jennings is never one to shy away from speaking his mind, especially on Twitter. From talking about his favorite football team in the Oakland Raiders to even giving some commentary during big NBA games, Jennings uses his account to voice his opinions. He has every right to do that.
But recently Jennings was asked about Los Angeles Lakers young guard D’Angelo Russell. The Knicks sixth man was simply asked about if he thinks D’Angelo Russell can be an All-Star this year. Instead of just talking about Russell’s chances of making the All-Star game, he talked about an issue from Russell’s past.
Jennings called D’Angelo a snitch. This stems from Russell’s issue towards the end of last season with teammate Nick Young. D’Angelo secretly taped Young talking about cheating on his former fiancee and it became national news. Not because Young cheated on his partner but instead because Russell recorded Young as a joke not meant for the eyes of the public. Russell and Young have moved on from it but apparently not Jennings.
Jennings talked about Russell in a since-deleted tweet as a part of a Twitter Q&A.
Well. It's been deleted now. pic.twitter.com/MCJ0xeCjvw

Well, if you thought people bringing up jokes about the Golden State Warriors losing 3-1 in the NBA Finals to the Cleveland Cavaliers wasn’t old yet, you must think any “D’Angelo Russell is a snitch” jokes are hilarious.
Russell and Jennings will meet on the court December 11th in Los Angeles.
