According to a report from TMZ, Lamar Odom suffered an unimaginable total of twelve strokes after falling unconscious at a brothel in Nevada several weeks ago. The report indicates that Odom’s motor skills may be affected by the strokes.
Odom was found in his room unconscious after a three-day bender that reportedly featured cocaine and an herbal substitute for Viagra.
Odom is going through a slow and patient recovery since waking up from his coma, even starting physical therapy. According to TMZ, Odom’s kidneys are “shot”, and he may need a liver transplant to survive. Odom, who is now at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, is reportedly receiving six hours of dialysis every day.
Odom’s medical decisions continue to be in part overseen by his wife, Khloe Kardashian, who recently called off her divorce to Odom, according to E!News.
