With the Wizards eliminated, Bradley Beal is hoping no team is able to win the championship. Beal must still be upset with the Wizards being eliminated by the Hawks, and he has good reason to feel that way.
“I hope nobody wins. I’m a sore loser.”
The Wizards let a few games get away from them in their Eastern Conference Semifinals series against the Hawks, even when they had opportunities to take control of the series. Luckily for Beal, he has next season, and many more seasons to come to improve on what Washington did over the past year.
Although it is impossible for no team to win the title, Beal can continue his secrecy so he can hide whom he is actually rooting for. Beal could be rooting for the Hawks so he can say the Wizards only lost because they played the best team, but he could also root the the Cavs so the Hawks can feel the pain of losing. At least Beal can admit this pain is making him a sore loser.
