It would be difficult to find an artist whose music is traveling faster through the west coast than Blxst’s is at the moment. Last year, he broke on to the scene with the release of his latest project, No Love Lost. Since then, he has not let his foot off of the gas. From working with Russ to sitting down for interviews with Big Boy, he is busy spreading his music around the world.
One thing that has always separated Blxst from many new artists is his ability to release cinematic visuals. Each record from No Love Lost is accompanied by a cinematic video. With the deluxe release of No Love Lost in the rearview mirror, he has rolled out visuals for the two new songs from the project. First, he linked up with Dom Kennedy for the “Got It All” video and now he’s here to drop the “Chosen” video with Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga.
For his latest video, the Los Angeles native pays homage to the classic movie, Drumline. Throughout the video, Blxst recreates Nick Cannon’s tryout scene and the party scene where his character goes to a house party with his girlfriend. Along the way, Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga make guest appearances. Check out the video below.
