Sprite has long been privy to the culture of hip-hop and they are further putting their imprint with this dope new marketing scheme: rap lyrics from the greats featured on their cans.
This will be called “Obey Your Verse” Lyrical Collection.
Nas made this statement when learning about the news, “Legacy means everything to me. When I wrote these lyrics, I never imagined my fans would someday have the opportunity to enjoy a can of Sprite and experience my art in a totally original way.”
