Beyonce has done it all. From conquering the charts with her music, to starring in films that turned out to be a major commercial success, Beyonce has arguably become the most respect woman in the music industry. Not even mentioning her ventures into the perfume and clothing realm, it seems Beyonce now wants to put her music executive skills to the true test. It is being reported that the ‘Drunk In Love’ singer has signed 3 new acts to her Parkwood Entertainment company/label.
The first contract covers LA-based sisters Chloe Bailey, 17, and Halle Bailey, 15. Beyoncé’s manager came across a YouTube video of the duo belting out “Pretty Hurts,” a song from Beyoncé’s last album. The video has over 10 million views.
Beyoncé also signed a third singer, 14-year-old Sophie Beem of New York, to her Parkwood Entertainment company.
Male or female, who else in 2015 would you want guiding and shaping your potential super-stardom. Over the course of 5 albums, Mrs. Carter has proved herself to not only stand the test of time, but has also shown that she takes her craft very serious. Chloe Bailey and Halle Bailey reportedly have $1 Million dollar contracts, spanning up to 6 albums across 5 years, while Sophie Beem has a contract just over $500,000 dollars. Nevertheless, signing with Queen Bey is surely a life-changing moment for all 3 ladies involved. Surely, with her guidance, we just may see the rise of the music industry’s next superstars.
