Beyonce surely loves herself some Saturday surprises, or surprises in general. Months after “stopping the world” with the random drop of her ‘Formation’ record, weeks and weeks have went by and no word from a new album from the singer has came for the superstar or her camp. With a tour that is slated to start in a little over a week’s time, many have been wondering what’s the holdup been with Beyonce’s new music. Well, we now have more to look forward to as Queen Bey has just annouced her brand new HBO special, “LEMONADE,” which is set to air on HBO on April 23rd at 9 PM EST.
With a very vague trailer that show’s Beyonce in a more subdued and hidden posture, this is an event and moment that fans of the star have been waiting for and will surely be tuned into. Perhaps, it’s safe to say that new music from Beyonce is on the horizon and “LEMONADE” will serve as another piece of the puzzle.
