At this point, Queen Bey finds herself well underway with her newly launched “Formation World Tour.” In a move that was long overdue, Beyonce finds herself upgrading from arenas to full blown stadiums that go on to allow thousands upon thousands of fans to bask in the newest body of work that Beyonce has dropped into our laps. Launching her latest album, LEMONADE, less than a week after musical legend, Prince, had passed away, while she was still under tour preparations, the singer went forth to incorporate a “Purple Rain” tribute into her set. Killing it in her home state of Texas, Beyonce took things even further as the superstar delivered an amazing cover of Prince’s classic hit, ‘The Beautiful Ones.’ This doesn’t make for the first time that Beyonce has covered the record as she previously took on the song in 2011 when she headlined the Glastonbury Festival. Doing the record justice and more, there’s no need to question if the songstress made Prince proud as she not only let her vocals soar, but she made the rendition her own. If there was any other proof you needed as to why you should put the “Formation World Tour” on your list of concerts for Spring, Summer, or Fall, let this answer any and all remaining questions.
