After the illustrious career that Beyonce has had, and continues to have, many things can possibly come to mind when Queen Bey’s name is brought up in any conversation. Working her way up to currently being a top force in all of music, Beyonce continues to shape and reinvent herself with each venture and musical journey she attaches herself to. Being dominant behind the scenes, just as much as she is when she’s in the spotlight, the business-savvy side of the singer is respected by fans and critics alike. One to always push herself, the same goes for those who surround her who help the singer make those vital decisions for her career. That being said, it has been revealed via Page Six that Beyonce has axed her management team and has brought on a new set of heavy-hitters to take her career even higher than what it is.
Beyoncé is now working with Steve Pamon, who was JPMorgan Chase’s head of sports and entertainment marketing and masterminded the bank’s sponsorship of Queen Bey and Jay Z’s 2014 On the Run tour.
A source tells us, “Beyoncé basically cleaned house, got rid of her whole team, which included her cousin, and hired a new team. She wants to surround herself with business people who could take her career to an even higher level.” The insider added, “She has one album left to deliver before her deal is up with Columbia, plus she wants to make smarter decisions where it comes to touring, sponsorships and acting roles.”
This serves as the true definition of power moves. From the outside looking it, one may not be able to think of much more that Queen Bey could achieve in her career. Obviously, she has other plans. Ahead of this Sunday’s Super Bowl performance, it’s definitely about to Beyonce-mania.
